Pre Conference Workshops

Description and intended learning objectives:
This workshop will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to start simulation based medical education at your institution.

By the end of the workshop the participants will be able to:

1. List and describe the elements of simulation pre-brief and the theories behind them.
2. Develop of simulation scenarios and the writing up of the scenarios.
3. Create debriefing plan for simulation sessions.
